The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the services of an Architectural and Engineering firm to provide support services in connection with the management and sale of HUDs multifamily housing inventory which are in or may come into the inventory and are under the jurisdiciton of the Fort Worth, Texas Multifamily Real Estate Owned (REO) Center. Properties serviced by the Fort Worth REO Center are those located in 29 Staates, generally in the Central, South, and Western areas of the United States. Request for the Proposal (RFP) shall be issued on or about July 30, 1999. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance of the RFP. There will be multiple awards under this solicitaion.
