SEI is the manufacturer of the AN/USM-643 and AN/UPM-473 system software in support of the APQ-170 on the Electrical Electronic Equipment Test System (EEETS). This requirement is for Anritsu (Wiltron) P/N 68347B-OPT15 Software/Firmware Failure Analysis on the AN/USM-643 and implementation of corrective system software maintenance. SEI is the only contractor with the complete technical design, data packages and test setting to accomplish the investigation and verification of the system software deficiencies. The period of performance will be 90 days. Award will be made under a firm fixed-price contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for agency consideration.
