Facilities include a control tower, stationary target emplacements, power and data distribution system, range markers and firing positions. Also included is a automated target system with hardware and software. Support facilities include operation/storage building, latrine, ammunition breakdown building, bleachers with enclosure, a general instructions building, parking area, flagpole, access road, primary power, public address system, ancillary equipment and communication lines. The site of the proposed new construction is over an existing rifle range and will require relocation or demolition of the existing range tower and demolition of the existing range. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 with completion within 12 months of the date of Notice to Proceed. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1541 with the size standard of $17.0 million. Bid Documents are antipated to be available on or about 30 days from the date of this notice. Only written requests for bid documents accompanied by a check in the amount of $54.50 will be accepted.
