Construct a second story Operations Building 0-190M (approximately 5,500 square feet) of concrete masonry units and four-ply builtup roofing. Supporting facilities include utility hookup to existing systems, communications and information systems; fire detection and alarm systems, and lightning protection. The scope also includes demolition of the existing roof and providing temporary ceiling system for the offices underneath. Access to and from the site will be up and over the other parts of the existing building. A pre-bid conference will be held to familiarize the bidders with the special problems of security and access heeded to build the addition. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000.000.00. Network Analysis Systems will be required.
