The scope of work consist of but is not limited to providing all labor, material, equipment, hardware, software, and services required for providing new variable air volume boxes (VAV), converting existing mixing boxes to (VAV), converting existing dual duct air handling units to cooling only, selective demolition and replacement of existing ceiling, HVAC distribution, and electrical systems to accomplish the aforementioned, and the expansion, and modification of the existing LONMARK control system to incorporate the VAV conversion, and the remainder of the mechanical equipment with the Everett M. Dirksen Federal Courthouse and the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building. This is a Go-No-Go Source Selection Procurement and the Evaluation Factors will be listed in the RFP. The estimated construction cost range of the project is $1,000,000 -- 5,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542 with an average annual gross revenue of $17 Million for the last three (3) years. In accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this procurement is open to all business concerns. Therefore, responses from large and small business concerns will be considered and evaluated for selection. Small business, minority owned and women owned businesses are strongly encouraged to participate. Funds are not presently available.
