The solicitation includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a one-story Maintenance Facility Building approximately 2066 sq. ft. The building consists of load bearing masonry walls with brick and split-face veneer. The roof system consists of light gage metal framing and standing seam metal roof. The building contains a 323 sq. ft. mezzanine constructed of concrete on metal deck and steel beams. Other building components consist of hollow metal frames, metal doors, aluminum windows, ceramic tile, carpet flooring, fire protection system, and mechanical and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include all utilities, including water distribution lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm drainage lines, concrete paving and incidental relate work to provide a complete and usable facility. "WHILE FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE WITHIN AIR MOBILITY COMMAND TO FUND THIS PROJECT, WE ANTICIPATE THAT FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE BY 16 NOV 99. IF CURRENT FISCAL YEAR (FY99) FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE, CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE NO LATER THAN 30 SEP 99. IF FY99 FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, THIS PROJECT WILL BE FUNDED WITH FY00 FUNDS. WE EXPECT TO HAVE FY00 FUNDS BY 16 NOV 99." The solicitation will be evaluated using Performance/Price Trade-off Procedures. Evaluation factors will be set forth in Sections L and M of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest offeror. The performance time is 233 calendar days. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
