The project shall include but is not limited to furnishing all plant, tools, labor, equipment and materials to perform all operations in connection with gas lines repair to include but not limited to exterior underground gas service piping replacement, anodeless risers, shutoff valves, pressure regulators, trenching and backfill, site work, equipment, 2406 polyethylene gas pipe, socket fusions, butt-fusions, end caps, couplings, saddle tee tapping, schedule 40 black A53 steel gas pipe, schedule 40 galvanized seamless gas pipe, welding of fittings, dielectric unions, tracer wire, anodeless meter risers, pressure regulators, gas cocks, labor rates and identification. All natural gas piping shall be accomplished by qualified journeymen workers. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with Delivery Orders being awarded under the contract. The contract shall contain a basic year period plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. The magnitude of this project is between $1 Million and $5 Million. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis.
