Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation
required for the following: Basic Bid Item 0001: Replace the windows of
the Administration/Shops Building at USCG Base Milwaukee, Wisconsin and
the storefront window on the second floor of the Station/Barracks
Building at USCG Station Milwaukee. Work shall include replacement of
aluminum sliding and casement windows with vinyl clad aluminum and
replacement of aluminum storefront window with new. Unit Work Item 0001
is to dispose of lead based paint construction debris and paint chips
as hazardous waste. The period of performance is 75 days after receipt
of Notice to Proceed. Work shall begin no later than 1 October 1999 or
after 15 March 2000. This project is weather critical. Estimated range
is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The SIC Code for this procurement is
1751. Size standard is $7.0 million. TELEPHONE REQUESTS ARE NOT
