58 -- NORTEL SWITCH UPGRADE SOL 1443RP-1340-99-001 DUE 072799 POC Bill Spigel 435.259.3911 ext 2114 The National Park Service, Southeast Utah Group, Moab UT 84532, intends to negotiate, in accordance with FAR Part 12, with Citizens Communications for a Commercial Item upgrade to an existing NORTEL telephone switch, to include a One Year Warranty, parts and labor, with on site emergency response time not to exceed one hour in case of system failure. Solicitation does NOT include switch maintenance.
