Jones & Associates, Inc., Norman Gee, Texas, for the purchase of one Geonics EM63 Multichannel Time Domain Electromagnetic Induction System, a 3-component full time domain system; one Geonics EM61-HH Handheld Electromagnetic Metal Detector, dual channel and one Geonics EM38B Continuous Reading Dual Conductivity and Susceptibility Meter which operates at a single frequency. These items are the only systems of their type commercially available and the procurement of all systems are critical to the Corps of Engineers' Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) Research and Development Program. A firm- fixed-price contract will be awarded utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
