procurement is for developing a methodology to maintain and establish
a provisional Authorized Use List and to provide Hazardous Material
minimization for the U.S. Coast Guard's 378'Cutters. The Contractor
will provide an analysis of previous of existing hazardous material and
hazardous waste reduction efforts. Provide an analysis of existing
hazardous material and hazardous waste management policies and
pratices, an analysis of existing data sources and additional data
collection, development of pollution prevention and hazardous
material/hazardous waste management policy and process documents. this
procurement should be in compliance with simplified acquisition
regulations.See Numbered Note 22.This proposed procurement is for
services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate on
a sole source basis with Logistics Management Institute,2000 Corporate
