The required professional services include corner search and determination, monumentation of recovered and established/re-established corner positions, traverse lines, measurement and marking of property lines, furnish working drawing and notes, and preparation of final plats and field notes of completed surveys for filing. All work shall be performed by, or under the direct supervision of a person registered or licensed to practice surveying in the State(s) where the project is located. The Forest Service is soliciting the submission of a Standard Form 254 (Architect/Engineer Related Services Questionnaire) and a Standard Form 255 (Architect/Engineer Related Service for Specific Project).
