requirement for the services of a contractor to perform the removal of
tailings and contaminated soils, to reclaim the waste rock dump, and
to install a treatment system for adit and seep water at the Belle
Eldridge Mine Site in South Dakota. The Belle Eldridge Mine is located
on the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lands under the jurisdiction of
the South Dakota Field Office. The site is located approximately 1.5
miles east of Deadwood, SD up Spruce Gulch. The site includes
approximately five acres of BLM-administered land where mining and
milling operations occurred. The contractor is expected to obtain all
permits required, The solicitation documents should be available on or
