HQ, IOC, Rock Island, Illinois in conjunction with the Headquarters, Army War Reserve Support Command (AWRSPTCMD) is soliciting sources interested in submitted comments in response to our DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) DAAA0999R0118 for the maintenance and supply/service of the APS-5 equipment in Doha, Qatar. The requirement is to manage and perform the maintenance of the APS-5 equipment at Combat Equipment Base-Southwest Asia (CEB-SWA), Doha, Qatar. Interested sources should be capable of performing maintenance on a variety of wheeled and tracked vehicles, non-tactical vehicles, etc. and operating a Government Supply Activity. The DRAFT RFP can be dowloaded from http://www.ioc.army.mil, select "Business Ops", select on "AAIS", click on "Solicitaiton Information". The DRAFT RFP will be released on or about 16 July 1999 and comments will be due on or about 30 July 1999.
