J -- MODIFICATION TO EXISTING BOA SOL N68335-99-R-0257 DUE 070999 POC Kathleen Kiley-DiPietro (732) 323-5197 NAWCADLKE intends to initiate a Modification to N68335-97-G-0217 an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Tech Resources Inc., (TRI)1 Meadowbrook Drive, Milford, NH 03055-9707. The purpose of the proposed modification is to provide services in support of the E-2C Aircraft. The E-2C Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program at Lakehurst intends to procure one set of the E-2C PDS Antenna Coupler Interconnecting Group (ACIG) P/N 7168 for use in testing the E-2C Aircraft purchased by the Taiwan Air Force. An option quantity of five (5) for FMS and/or Domestic Programs may be procured. Additionally the Contractor may conduct training at either the FMS customer in-country site or the domestic site as required. TRI is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data required to perform this effort. Firms that recognize and produce the required items are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. SEE Note 22.
