This acquisition will result in a circuit card redesign for the purpose of repair and maintenance support of the AN/ALQ-156(V) family of countermeasures. A noncompetitive procurement from Sanders, A Lockheed Martin Company of Nashua, NH 03061-0868 is proposed as the Government does not have data available for a competitive acquisition. The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed price delivery order under Contract DAAB07-95-D-M751. The contractor is required to take the present internal design of four (4) Frequency Multiplier Oscillator (FMO) Circuit Card Assemblies (A22, A20, A8-3 and A3) and redesign them with readily available componentry while retaining the same form, fit, function and interchangability between the redesigned FMOs and the FMOs currently deployed in the field. The contractor will provide services described in the Statement of Work (SOW) defining the nonrecurring efforts to redesign the circuit card assemblies which are subassemblies of FMO P/N: SM-A-920700, NSN: 5841-01-134-5833.
