EXTENSION OF CONTRACT DAAB07-95-C-A273, LIGHTWEIGHT HIGH-GAIN X-BAND ANTENNA (LHGXA) The purpose of the proposed modification is to procure an additional fifty (50) LHGXA systems, engineering support services, repair/ maintenance support, spares, ancillary items, and to extend the period of performance of the contract by four (4) years, through 30 September 2003. The modification will be negotiated with Harris Corporation, Melbourne, FL, under Contract DAAB07-95-C-A273, on a firm-fixed-price basis and will include a time and materials (T&M) line item for repair/ maintenance support. The LHGXA augments the current inventory of Quick Reaction Satellite Antennas (QRSAs). The LHGXA meets or exceeds the performance requirements of the QRSA while utilizing a smaller antenna dish.
