Construction of WLBR Homeport at the U. S. Coast Guard Group Ft. Macon,
Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. The work includes, but is not limited
to, demolition of approximately 1,650 gsf of existing shop space, a
section of an existing building to remain, and the construction of a
2-story shop/office addition, approximately 3,260 gsf, in the same
location and a new 8" plain concrete pavement section, approximately
425 sf, near the building. All work shall be accomplished in accordance
with Specification No. 05-L6003 and Drawing No. 05-L6003. All work
shall be completed within 300 calendar days after Award. THE
