Remove and replace existing ceramic tile floors, wainscot, showers and bathtubs, gypsum board wall and ceiling substrates and replace with cementitious backer board, remove and replace vanity cabinets and sinks, remove existing linen shelving and replace with linen cabinets, remove medicine cabinets, install wall mirrors, remove and reinstall water closets, remove and replace miscellaneous bath accessories, miscellaneous framing, install shower doors, and associated plumbing and electrical. (18 units) Basis of award: Competitive Best Value, considering Past Performance and Price equally and IAW Sections L and M of the Solicitation. The proposed acquisition will be issued unrestricted. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
