Z -- GIT WOMEN (BATHROOM RENOVATION) SOL DABT399-99-B-0005 DUE 081199 POC Laurie Wheeler (580)442-3225 or 442-4315 The work to be performed includes the following principal features: BUILDINGS 2845 AND 2846: The Contractor shall convert the existing cadre sleeping area on the west end of each first floor wing into a latrine with additional showers, lavatories and toilets as indicated on the drawings. In the existing latrine, the Contractor shall remove two wall-hung urinals and replace them with two lavatories. The Contractor shall also install additional plumbing and electrical outlets to accommodate new laundry equipment as indicated. STARSHIP BUILDINGS 5955, 5960, 5970, 6007 AND 6050: The Contractor shall remove existing mop closet and install new mop sink as indicated. The Contractor shall also remove four wall-hung urinals and install three toilets with toilet partitions and two sinks. ELECTRICAL: Remove existing lighting fixtures, switches, receptacles, smoke detectors, TV outlets, pay phones, conduits, wires, junction boxes, and baseboard heaters. Reinstall existing lighting fixtures. Install new lighting fixtures, switches, receptacles, heat detectors, wiring junction boxes and motors. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the drawings and specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work.
