General Services Administrations is soliciting proposals for Handicapped Accessible Parking and Ramp, U.S. Post Office/Courthouse/Federal Building, Hot Spring, AR, Solicitation No. GS-07P-99-UTC-0021, Project No. RAR97029 (Neg.). Point of contact, Kathy Munn, 817/978-7085, Contracting Officer. Work will include, but is not limited to providing new hadicapped accessible parking, signage, striping, sidewalk and ramp. Work also includes, but is not limited to, site demolition, removal, storage and reuse of existing limestone and demolition of existing concrete walk, curb and gutter. Estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Solicitation documents will be available for downloading from the Internet on or about July 9, 1999. Proposal due date will be on or about August 10, 1999. All responsible sources will be considered. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the Internet only. No hard copies will be available.
