The Defense Contract Management Command (DCMC) Bell Helicopter intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-96-G-0211 with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (BHTI), P O Box 482, Fort Worth, TX 76101, for the delivery of engineering drawing package to reflect the installation/incorporation of airframe change (AFC) 321 into AH-1W aircraft. In addition, BHTI will create new dash numbers to accommodate for spare parts modified by AFC 321. As the sole developer and manufacturer of the AH-1W aircraft, BHTI is the only source with the experience and knowledge to perform this effort.
