THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ for AIR CONDITIONER/HEAT PUMP. Companies shall acknowledge all amendments in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the descriptions for CLIN's 0001 and 0002 and to modify the closing date. Line Item 0001: Quantity 1 Each; Item Description: Air conditioning unit (Addison's part number: PAC361M-4E-04, 100% Outside Air Packaged Unit including hot gas reheat, electric heat 45KW-4 Stages, sure trip power protection, coil guards. Manufacturer must also provide with 5 year compressor warranty, outdoor ambient thermostats for electric heat control, unit mounted compressor start thermostat, hot gas reheat leaving air thermostat field adjustable. Capacity minimum -- 292,700 BTUH total, 153,300 BTUH sensible with entering conditions of 95 deg. db/79 deg wb, ambient 95 deg.db. Total CFM 3800 at maximum external static pressure of 1.2" water gauge. Standard filters are 1" metal mesh. Line Item 0002: Quantity 1 Each; Item Description: Industrial Heat Pump(Addison's part number PH254M-4F-02-E45, Packaged Heat Pump with dual compressors, coil guards and sure tip. Manufacturer must provide with 5 year compressor warranty, commercial wall mounted thermostat (field install), 2" pleated filter media. Capacity minimum 244,000 BTUH total, 187,000 BTUH sensible with entering conditions of 80 deg. db/67 deg. wb, ambient 95 deg. db. Total CFM 7800 at maximum external static of 1.0" water gauge. Quotations must be received no later than 3:00 PM, local time, 01 JULY 1999. Quotations sent via the US Postal Service should be mailed to the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Code 2000.65, Bldg 191, NS Mayport, FL 32228-0107. All quotations not sent through the US mail will be considered to be hand carried and direct delivered. Hand carried quotations must be delivered directly to the FISC Contracting Department, Bldg 191.
