Specifications will include: minimum of 1000 x 1000 pixels; thermoelectrically (TE) cooled, < -- 15 degrees C; 12 bit digitization; full digitization at 10 fps; GENII (S20) visible/NIR sensitive (fairly flat responses from 400-800 nm); P43 phosphor screen; MCP, 18 mm or 25 mm to be decided; minimum of 60 lp>mm spatial resolution; fast gate, minimum of 5 nsec FWHM gating; gating in 10 nsec steps; gate delay in 10 nsec steps; programmable gate pulser unit; intrinsic system delay <=100 nsec; C-mount for camera lens; 40 ft cables from camera head to PC/controller. Delivery time should be 45 from receipt of order, and on-site training should be provided upon delivery. Complete specifications will be provided with RFQ package. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 3861 and 500 respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurment is DO-C9. The anticipated release date of RFQ 923-29586 is on or about July 6, 1999 with an anticipated quote due date of on or about July 30, 1999.
