industry, academia/commercial consortiums that are successfully
utilizing nano sized metal particles. Identify the process currently
utilized to manufacture, mix and store this new class of materials for
future Army requirements. These energetic materials are classified as
Metastable Intermolecular Composites (MIC)Program. Identify if unique
and/or exclusive manufacturing facility is required. Survey who are
the current and emerging worldwide commercial users for these new
generation of materials called nanocrystallines, nanostructures, nano
sized particles or ultra fine powders metals. Identify what processes
and facilities are commercially used to furnish these ultra fine
powders today, in five, ten and fifteen years. See Note 22. Posted
