Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to incorporate
Nuclear Weapons Effects (NWE) models into a standard Integrated Nuclear
Effects Computational Aid (INCA) software environment. Target
fragilities for a wide spectrum of systems will be incorporated. INCA
will be formatted into common internet browser platforms consistent
with and interface with other DTRA codes such as CATS (Consequences
Assessment Tool Set), HPAC (Hazard Prediction and Assessment
Capability) and IMEA (Integrated Munitions Effects Assessment). The
period of performance will be for a period of 24 months. This
requirement is 100% set aside for small business participation only.
