This purpose of this contract is as follows: (1) organize and convene an Hispanic Residence Advisory Committee; (2) Plan, design, implement and evaluate a Basic Leadership Skills Program; (3) Plan, design, implement and evaluate an Advanced Leadership Skills Program; (4) Develop a Compendium of Postgraduate Program Supported by DHHS; (5) identify Hispanic interested in pursuing careers in academic medicine. The National Hispanic Medical Association is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. 253(c)1. Only one source is available.
