The item description is revised to read as follows: Non-personal service to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to lease 12 -- 5 ton air-conditioning units. Contractor shall furnish and install all units to include the necessary ducting to be attached to large personnel tents, that are temporarily set-up for the purpose of housing computer equipment. HVAC units shall be equipped with industrial strength casters and electrical cable pigtail for installation (220 volt). This contract shall include routine and standard maintenance service for the period of the lease. Service call response time shall be same day if called or notified by 3:00 PM local time. For calls after 3:00 PM service shall be provided no later than 9:00 AM the following day. Tear-down and removal of the units after completion of the rental period shall be included in the price quoted by the contractor. Units shall be delivered no later than (NLT) 28 Jun 99 and installation shall be completed NLT 2 Jul 99. Units shall be removed no earlier than (NET) 8 Sep 99 and NLT 10 Sep 99.
