Missouri National Guard desires a firm-fixed price construction type
contract for the new construction of the Base Traffic Check House and
associated concrete work to complete the island for site location. The
approximate square footage of the Traffic Check House is approximately
360 square feet. The island is approximately 2400 square feet.
Construction location is Jefferson Barracks, St. Louis, Missouri. Work
consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials for
the construction of the Traffic Check House and all other associated
work to complete the project. All work is to be performed in accordance
with specifications and drawings. The performance period is 300
calendar days after receipt of a notice-to-proceed. Estimated magnitude
of construction is between $100,000 and $500,000. The time and date of
the Pre-Bid Conference will be identified in the Solicitation. The
Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Jefferson Barracks, ANG, in St.
Louis, Missouri. Solicitation packages (to include plans and
specifications) will be available on or about 7/9/99. To request
