Officer Work includes providing all labor, materials, transportation,
equipment and supervision necessary for the replacement of a dual radio
base receiving station in the Structural Fire Dispatch Office at
Building 149, with a dual interface for the two receivers and a single
base station receiver located at CDE, Building 500. A single unit
enclosure is required for the CDE unit. Three 12 volt battery packs
capable of providing 60 hours of stand-by operation are required, one
for each unit. Software program for transmitter numbers, must be
compatible with current King Fisher units already existing in the
field. Fire/Emergency dispatch station consisting of hardware, Single
version PC-CAD dispatching program. Field check out transmitters into
the new PC-CAD software and the transfer of existing data. Equipment
must be compatible with current and future versions of PC-CAD Fire
Pre-Plan program and computer system. System must be capable of being
programmed locally with receiver and maintenance information savable to
a 3.5-inch floppy disk. Must be compatible with any future equipment
developed by the King-Fisher Company and backward compatible in all
respects with current equipment at MCAS Yuma, AZ. All systems shall be
Factory Mutual approved equipment. All systems shall have service
maintenance manuals, schematics for all circuits including schematics
of circuit boards to component level. All system components shall be
"Y2K" compliant. Work should be completed within 60 days notice of
award. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The
Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this procurement is
1731 and the annual size standard is $7 million. This procurement is
advertised "unrestricted". A site visit is highly recommended. All
