Herchak, Contracting Officer The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials necessary be provided to upgrade/repair the HVAC System at the Pasture Systems & Watershed Management Research Unit in University Park, Pennsylvania. (This is a presolicitation notice). Work includes demolition, carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical to replace one evaporative cooling tower, 27 water source heat pumps two circulation water pumps, one steam to water heat exchanger and associated piping, electrical devices, ductwork & acoustical tile ceiling. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project must be completed within 150 days after receipt of notice to proceed.
