The Naval Air Systems Command is procuring the USQ-113(V)2 Phase III Radio Countermeasures Set, from Lockheed Sanders, Nashua, NH 03061-0868 on a sole source basis. Additional technical and engineering support for these assets through initial deployment is required. As Lockheed Sanders is the designer, developer and sole producer of the USQ-113(V)2 Phase III Radio Countermeasures Set, and has been awarded the contract for the basic requirement, this effort is planned to be procured on a sole source basis.
