The U.S. Army CECOM under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) proposes to acquire through negotiations with Hydraulic Research Textron (HR Textron), the Overhaul and Repair of Audio Distribution Units (ADUs) for OH-58D Helicopters. The ADUs provide switching interconnect and audio junction matching, amplifying isolation, and system control audio tone generation for OH-58D Helicopters. The contract will be a new Five Year Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price type contract. See numbered Notes 22 and 26.
