NASA/LaRC plans to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for 40 Each of a 200g general purpose Low Impedance Accelerometer, 20 Each of a 50g and 500g general purpose Low Impedance Accelerometers, 6 Each of a 5000g and a 10000g low impedance shock accelerometers along with other accelerometer accessories. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 3829 and 500, respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO -- C9. The anticipated release date of RFQ 1-074-GKG.1159 is on or about 06/25/99 with an anticipated quote due date of on or about 07/05/99.
