(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (vi)Notes to offeror: (1) Cylinders supplied will remain the property of the contractor and contractor will be responsible for all maintenance and repair. The rental cost of the cylinders must be included in the offerors proposed price per cylinder. (2) Physical size and capacity of cylinders offered must be within stated dimensions for each CLIN. Offeror is to state physical size for each cylinder proposed for each CLIN. Upon contract award, the contractor will provide shipment of cylinders consistent with contractor's proposal. Sizes may not vary from shipment to shipment. (3) The referenced MIL-SPEC and FED-SPECs shall be used as a guideline. The quality of the product offered must meet or exceed the stated specifications. Copies of the referenced specifications may be obtained by contacting DoD SSP at 215-697-2179. (vii)FOB Point: Destination to MCAS, Cherry Point, NC 28533. Delivery shall be within two (2) working days after notification by authorized ordering personel. A complete list of authorized ordering personel shall be provided upon award of contract. Notification may be either in writing or by phone. Delivery shall be to various locations throughout the Nadep. Specific locations will be determined upon request of each order. (c) The Government may award a contract on the basis of initial offers received, without discussions.
