The work of this project consists of writing a new NHL nomination which clearly states the historical and architectural significance of cultural resources which lie within geographical boundaries established in 1970. The National Park Service will evaluate each proposal on the following minimum criteria. These will be considered in descending order of importance: Research strategy, Personal experience and qualifications, experience in the field of historic preservation or public history, past performance on similar projects and cost estimate.
