The ACC Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB, VA, intends to procure through full and open competition one carrier for all long distance telephone calls, including _intralata_ calls (where possible), for ACC Lodging operations. (Intralata is in state long distance or local toll calls.) These lodging operations provide temporary living facilities and services similar to those provided by commercial hotel and motel operations. Service will be for a 3 or 5 year contract period. The solicitation contains the SOW and the criteria to be used by the government to evaluate quotes. Requests for solicitations need only be made if a potential contractor has no access to the InterNet.
