The government owns the video distribution system which includes the satellite signal receivers, the decoder modules, the channel modulators and the head end. The satellite receivers are analog. The make and model of the satellite receivers and decoders are as follows: 6 each blonder tongue 2001, 2 each Holland HMH-500H, 1 each blonder tongue 6185. There are 2 satellite dishes. One dish is on galaxy 1 -- C band and one dish is on G star -- KU Band. POC is Ms. Fidone (210) 221-4301. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
