The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of The Joint Chiefs of Staff, intends to acquire consulting services for the development of the Joint Vision Integration Cell (JVIC). The anticipated period of performance is 2 months. This requirement is designed to provide the Joint Staff with a perspective from senior industry management with experience in the transformation of large corporations as they implemented the revolution in business affairs (RBA). It should allow the Joint Staff to leverage the lessons learned by large organizations in transforming themselves as they implemented RBA. The offerors are required to develop a JVIC Design Plan that addresses overall design, information architecture, technology insertion and communication strategies, and an integrated management review process. Offerors should be able to translate their experiences in RBA to provide unique and innovative ideas for the transformation of large organizations. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hard copies will not be provided.
