The CRS Mail Room is located in the Library of Congress James Madison Memorial Building. Congressional deliveries/pick-ups are made to/from various offices in five House office buildings (the Cannon, the Longworth, the Rayburn, the Ford, and the O'Neill), three Senate office buildings (the Russell, the Dirksen, and the Hart), and the United States Capitol Building.
