The National Industries for the Severely Handicapped (NISH), implementing of the Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD) Act, has identified the Sheltered Occupational Center of NOrthern Virginia, also known as SOC Enterprises, as the agency which will perform the required services for the Peace Corps.
