To enable Air Force Recruiting Service (AFRS) to meet or exceed total annual non-prior service (age 17-27) Air Force accessions requirements, this request for information solicits sources to provide a 3-page or less outline of a proposed concept briefing, not to exceed 45 minutes. From submitted 3-page outlines, 5 to 10 contractors may be selected to present their concept briefings to AFRS/CC on 10 August 1999 (subject to change) in the AFRS Conference Room. This information is to be used in future deliberations to determine feasibility of this effort. The outline should be submitted no later than 21 Jul 99 to HQ AETC/LGCM, Attn: Gary Kelso, 555 E Street East, Randolph AFB, TX 78150-4440. Companies selected to present briefings will be notified on 2 August 1999 of the briefing date and time. Submitters should provide a point of contact and e-mail address with submittal. The purpose of these briefings is to present proposed concepts to enable AFRS to meet or exceed total annual non-prior service (17 _ 27) Air Force accessions requirements. Selection of 5 to 10 proposed concept briefings will be based on, but not limited to, the following criteria: a. Understanding of the Air Force Recruiting Service mission. b. Capability to enable AFRS to meet or exceed total annual non-prior service (17-27 year old) Air Force accessions requirements. c. Implementation timeline. These briefings are for information purposes only and the Government is not obligated at this time or at any future time to purchase the service or any similar service. However, if the Government requires these types of services in the future, they will obtain these services through full and open competition. Contractors must clearly understand the evaluations and briefing to Government personnel are without monetary consideration. The Government is not obligated for any of the costs associated with these concept briefings. Contractors will be required to sign a Statement of Understanding prior to the briefing being given.
