This is a commercial items in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5. The items to be serviced are blankets, crib covers, gowns (cover, grey, pink, toddler, x-ray), baby blankets, baby T-shirts, drapes, hand towels, scrubs, bath towels, surgical towel, surgical smocks, sheets, pillow cases. Services are required for a twelve-month period, to commence 1 October 1999 through September 30, 2000 with option provisions for (4) 12-months option period. The solicitation will consider past performance as an evaluation factor and will be evaluated under FAR Part 13 procedures. A firm fixed price commercial items type, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
