West (410) 962-0191 Under 10 U.S.C. 2688 UTILITY SYSTEMS: Conveyance Authority, the Government seeks a Company or Companies (regulated or non-regulated) to own, operate and maintain Electrical, Natural Gas, Water, and Wastewater distribution and collection systems. The intent of the Government is to transfer ownership of the above utilities to a company(ies) with capabilities of owning, operating and maintaining these systems. The Government intends to issue the final RFP on 20 Jul 99 by Computer Disc (CD). The RFP will be in a hybrid-format, with the Capital Improvement line items in Section B proposed as cost-reimbursement. All other line items shall be proposed firm fixed-price (FFP). Site visits will be conducted during the period 2 Aug 99 through 13 Aug 99, with further details to be provided in the RFP. There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference on 1 Sep 99, at the DLA Headquarters Complex, Ft. Belvoir, VA.
