The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials to add additional Portland cement concrete pavement, lighting and wiring under the existing canopy and a vacuum pump outlet on the existing shed at the LOX storage area. Work also includes replacing existing overhead electrical service with an underground service and demolishing and replacing existing Portland cement concrete pavement in the LOX storage area. A Notice to Proceed will be issued upon award of a contract with a performance period of 75 calendar days. The work site is in a controlled access area. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. In conformance with FAR 19-1300 this acquisition is being considered for a HUBZone set-aside. If your firm is HUBZone certified and intends to propose on this acquisition, please provide the following information to the contracting officer not later than 10n days after the publication of this notice: SBA certification of HUBZone eligibility; capability statementfor firm; and a positive statement that your firm intends to propose on this acquisition. Based on response, the contracting officer will make a determination if there is not a reasonable expectation of adequate competition, the acquisition will be conducted under full and open competition.
