AL. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) _ Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT) with a 180 calendar day performance period. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This is an unrestricted solicitation under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. RFP to be issued on or about 16 July 1999 with a closing date 30 calendar days after RFP issuance. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) will be 1542. The size standard of this project is set for a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sales or receipts for three fiscal years not in excess of $17 million.
