Scope of work consist of but is not strictly limited to providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision as necessary for the miscellaneous renovation of office space (partitioning, lighting, painting, etc.), and other mechanical, electrical, and architectural work. Work shall be performed as ordered by the Contracting Officer_s Representative in delivery orders to be issued periodically during the term of the contract. Delivery orders will detail each item of work as the item is requested by the building management. This is a one (1) year contract for small unscheduled construction services. However, the Government will have the option of extending the period of the contract for an additional two (2) one year periods. Estimated construction cost for the base year is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated start date is 10/01/99. Completion time for the proposed contract is 365 calendar days from receipt of the notice to proceed. Solicitation will be available on or about July 13, 1999.
