The Navy requires 16 each Electronic Low Pass Filter Modules, 16 each Electronic High Pass Filter Modules with pre-filter amplifiers and post-filter amplifiers, and 3 each 10 X 6 (minimum) Matrix Switching Modules. The equipment will be used in a pulsed hydroacoustic measurement system having a frequency range of 20 Hz to 2 MHz. A Brand Name or Equal Purchase Description will be used. The Filter Modules shall have characteristics for bandwidth, out-of-band signal rejection, roll-off rate, in-band ripple, mode selection, pre-amp and post-amp gain range and resolution, cutoff accuracy, amplitude accuracy, and amplitude and phase match, equal to or better than Precision Filters, Inc. filter module 6611A-A-LP1 and filter module 6611-A-A-HP1 with options 6ACDG. The filter modules shall be physically, electrically, and in every way functionally compatible with the Precision Filters, Inc. model MT64-00-1 mainframe in which they be used. The matrix switch modules shall have characteristics for input/output matrix size, frequency range, and channel-to-channel cross talk isolation equal to or better than Precision Filters, Inc. matrix switch module 6020-1-SSX. The matrix switch modules shall be physically, electrically, and in every way functionally compatible with the Precision Filters, Inc. model MT64-00-1 mainframe, or with a standard VXI equipment rack, in one of which they will be used. Delivery is to be within 90 days from effective date of contract award. Shipment shall be FOB destination to NSWC, Crane, IN. Final inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The procurement will be structured for a greatest value award, considering technical, price, and past performance.
