Humphrey, Incorporated is the only manufacturer commercially producing a Three Axis Rate Gyro/Accelerometer pack that is directly compatible with Test Article Preparation's instrumentation and hardware configurations. These units have been previously tested and conform to required size and performance characteristics. The solicitation for these commercial items is being prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. Delivery of the first 16 units will occur approximately 12 weeks after contract award. The remainder of the units will be delivered, as they are required over the next 4 years. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract with a base year and 4 option years will be utilized to procure the units. The units are to be delivered to the Test Article Preparation Department of the Naval Air Warfare Center-Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD. Items shall be shipped FOB Destination and inspection and acceptance at destination.
