The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to procure a BENCH TOP MS/MS System for HPLC (mass spectrometer, with options and accessories). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 11. The government shall award a fixed price purchased order to the responsible contractor. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract terms and conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52-212-5, Contract terms and conditions required to Implement Statures or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
